   As a professional who has been active for many years in the Toronto market, I know how to handle every aspect of the sales process - from strategically marketing and showcasing your home to making sure everything's signed, sealed and delivered by the closing date.

In my listing presentation, I will focus on and answer these questions, but I feel #3 is especially important and warrants discussion here.

 

I use all the current marketing tools and make every attempt to incorporate all new technology into my selling program. Of course, your property will be listed on MLS, on my website, on Graydon Hill's website, direct mail, e-mail to my extensive data base. 

 

I also put up a website for every listing with it's own URL   i.e. 123anywhere.com.  I believe in video tours and I provide a complimentary three hour session with a stager to help get your home ready.

 

Then, there's also my extensive network of contractor's and resources to help you get your home ready.
